Interim President of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, stated on Monday that it is essential for our country to discuss an economic recovery package which doesn’t require budgetary effort. Moreover, the social democrats are working on it and will present it publicly. Grindeanu also noted that Radu Oprea, alongside other colleagues, created an initial draft which will be shown to the prime minister, Bolojan.

The Interim President of PSD mentioned after the SSD leadership meeting that top-line proposals for economic recovery were presented at BPN.

Grindeanu disclosed that Radu Oprea and his colleagues have completed an initial draft, which is being elaborated in the coming days by a broad group, and will subsequently presented to the prime minister.

“Our country absolutely needs to discuss such an economic recovery package, one that doesn’t imply fiscal strain. We will publicize it,” emphasized Sorin Grindeanu.
